1. What are the advantages of linking up CSU Mentor with the CSU Success Websites?

The goal of integrating the registration process for CSU Mentor and the CSU Success sites is to make it easier for you to access both sites as you prepare for the CSU. You can now use your account information from one site to help you receive personalized information from all three sites.

2. I have an account on CSU Mentor and CSU Success. Which account should I use?

If you have set up an account on both websites you are encouraged to use your CSU Mentor user name and password to access the CSU Success sites.

3. My CSU Success account doesn’t seem to work on CSU Mentor. Why is this happening?

On November 1, 2005 we began the integration of CSU Mentor accounts with CSU Success accounts. As we joined the user databases for these websites, some of the same user names appeared in the three website databases. With the new unified system, we could only allow there to be one individual username for all three websites. If you are having difficulty logging into the CSU Success sites, your CSU Success account may have become inactive. If this is the case, please use your CSU Mentor user name and password to log in at the right, or set up a new account.
