ELM Exam Preparation

If you haven't met the ELM requirement by other means, you must take the exam before you can register for classes. The exam is your last chance to avoid having to enroll in remedial math courses. Prepare seriously.

This page provides several different opportunities for you to use online tools to prepare for the ELM Exam.

Description
  • You will be asked to register or to log in in order to access the tutorial at the reduced rate of $47.

  • This is not a quick review, but rather a study course.
  • You are encouraged to spend 1-2 hours a day to complete the tutorial.

  • This is a retired ELM test which was given in 2011. To simulate the experience of taking the exam, find a quiet room, avoid interruptions, limit your time to 90 minutes and do not use a calculator.

  • To access these problems you need to be able to download and print a PDF file.
