ELM Exam Tutorial

The CSU has developed an e-learning tutorial to help you prepare for the Entry Level Mathematics (ELM) Exam. Being math-ready for the CSU before you arrive on campus will save you money and speed your path to graduation. To get started, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Learn More About the Tutorial

• The online tutorial costs $45 and includes only those math concepts that will be covered on the ELM Exam.
• This is not a quick review, but rather a study tutorial.
• This tutorial is not for credit. It is a self-paced tool to help you pass the ELM Exam.
• The $45 price has been specially arranged by the CSU (non sale price = $80).
• You need to register on this website and pay by credit card to sign up for the tutorial.

Step 2: Purchase the Tutorial for $45

To purchase the online math tutorial, please click here. You can use your CSU Mentor username and password to log in or you can create a new account. To complete the transaction, you will need a credit card.

 

Step 3: Begin the Tutorial

After purchasing the tutorial you will be taken through a brief demo of how to use the math tools. You can then access the self-paced tutorial as many times as you'd like before you take the ELM Exam.
